If the lamp does not suit you according to its technical characteristics, you can exchange it for another model within 14 days.
Requirements for lamps:
- Factory seals and accessories preserved
- The box looks like a sale item
- No mechanical defects
- A receipt of purchase is available
If the product is not needed, it can be returned within 14 days. Regardless of the method of purchase, you can choose one of the following return methods:
- Return by delivery
- Return in store
Requirements for luminaires:
- Factory seals and accessories preserved
- No mechanical defects
- The box is in a saleable condition
- A payment document (check) is available
To process a return, fill out the Return Application (pdf). Print the Return Application and fill in the blank fields. The application must indicate the data of the person on whose behalf the payment was made. Send us the original application together with the returned product.
Cash
If the goods were purchased for cash, the refund is made immediately without making an application. If there is not enough money in the cash register, we will refund the money to the card or you can pick it up in the store during the day.
To the card
- If the goods were purchased on the website, we will refund the money to the card from which the purchase was paid. The refund period is up to 5 banking days.
- Payment by non-cash payment (for legal entities)
If the payment was made by non-cash payment, to return the funds you need to:
1. Make an application for a refund according to the sample
2. Send a scan copy (photo) to the e-mail Lumofled@gmail.com
3. The refund period to the card or company’s current account is up to 5 banking days.
